Brunch with Ji Mi

Today we drove to the Upper West Side to check out Ji Mi's new apartment and to have brunch. Ji Mi recently decided to move back to New York City instead of living down at the Jersey Shore. Her apartment was very cute! You had fun checking out all of her framed photos, playing with a few stuffed animals like Bert and Ernie, and banging curtain rods on her brand new bamboo floors (yikes!).

We walked to a cute Italian spot for brunch. While we waited for our food to be cooked, you munched on goldfish and tofu. WOW - you were hungry. You were in a very happy mood today - you started dancing to the music. It was a Marvin Gaye CD so we'll buy one on Amazon next time.

After brunch, we walked back to Ji Mi's apartment - along the way, you started to mimic a bird by squatting down, flapping your arms and squealing loudly. It was adorable. Every few steps, you would do your bird dance again. Daddy took a short video so you can check it out sometime.

We had fun seeing Ji Mi especially since she missed your 2nd birthday party last month. Bye Bye, Ji Mi!
